Frequently asked questions
Can I live at home during the renovation?
It depends on the scope. For room-by-room renovations it is usually possible; for full renovations we do not recommend it. We assess it during the visit and plan to cause minimal disruption.
How much does it cost to renovate a flat?
It depends on the size, the starting condition and the finishes. That is why we visit and prepare a fixed quote with no obligation, instead of guessing a price.
Do I need a permit to renovate?
Minor works usually only require a prior notification; if structure or layout is affected, a permit is needed. As we have our own architect, we handle it.
